Experience a multifaceted portrayal of the empress, who sought her path between duty, freedom and personal destiny. At the same time, the exhibition depicts the political upheavals and social challenges of the multi-ethnic state of Austria-Hungary at the end of the 19th century and describes the splendour and decline of the great Habsburg monarchy.
